“ZZYZX” Slide Milling

The Alpha Dog “ZZYZX” (pronounced Zie-Zex) slide milling for Glocks features 3D contoured milling along the sides and top of the slide, as well as, side porting.  The ZZYZX pattern is a perfect slide milling choice for those looking to add barrel porting to their Glock (offered above as an add-on).  The ZZYZX’s front side ports are perfectly positioned to release barrel gasses at 45 degree angles from the centerline.  This angle of escaping gasses is very effective in forcing the barrel downwards while shooting, while ensuring no-line-of sight blockage.

Our ZZYZX milling also features unique laser engraved front and rear serrations for added ease of racking.   This and all of Alpha Dogs slide milling patterns are 100% CNC machined which increases milling accuracy and finish quality.

NOTE: This is only available for Glock slides and is for milling service on a customer supplied slide ONLY.  Unless selected as an option above, the milling cost does NOT include slide refinishing.  Milled areas will remove the slides coating and expose raw steel which will rust if left untreated.
